TIP: When searching, use the word
"and" between each word to help you zero on what you are
looking for. For example, if you want to find "waiting list
service" information, type "Waiting and List and
Service" (without the quotation marks). This will force
the search engine to return only pages which have all 3 words.
If you just type "Waiting List Service", the search engine
will return every page which has the word waiting, every page with
the word list and every page with the word service, so you will end
up getting a lot of pages you don't want. See more search tips

The text search engine allows queries to be formed
containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with
parentheses. For example if you type:
